Everything started with a dream to change the world for the better
In 2002, inUse founders sat around the kitchen table and discussed why so many digital projects didn’t end up in a way they wanted to. Why they always cost more than predicted, took three times as long to execute and that they seldom gave the effects you imagined in the beginning.
From this frustration and customer’s disappointment, the idea of changing the tech industry for the better was born. A dream to find ways to build digital systems that work in practice, not only as an idea or in a project plan.
The kitchen table, where a dream of bigger impact was born.
Today, 18 years later, we can proudly say we are on a path of reaching our dream. We still got a lot of work left, but we’re enjoying the ride.
We try to calculate how many people’s life we affect with the digital services that we provide. Today that number is close to 250 million people, This is all thanks to the fantastic people of inuse and the culture that is deeply embedded in the company.
At inUse we don't believe in UX unicorns, we believe in collaborating and sharing knowledge. In practice, that means I'm never alone in an assignment because I can always reach out and get help. It also means that my own experience can come in handy in multiple ways, and it's very gratifying to be able to help colleagues out when they need it.
